WARRANTY CENTRE

Aspire products that are covered by a limited warranty which is valid from the date of purchase with the original receipt. Please make sure the product along with the original packaging is kept as it will be required for the warranty process. Products from Aspire are covered for a limit of 90 days from the date of purchase. The warranty protects the customers against manufacture defects in materials and design, and exclusively applies to the device; all other accessories do not apply. For the case of any manufacture defects, a representative will issue a repair or a replacement. The limited warranty does not protect any misuse, external damages, tampering and/or modification of the device.

Please contact support@aspirecigcanada.com regarding any defective products before sending the product back. A representative will contact you with more information on how to proceed with the return process.

IMPORTANT NOTES

Shipping costs to and from the after-sale service center are not covered by this warranty. The customer is responsible for this cost. When shipping defective products back, it is recommended that you provide a tracking number to guarantee its delivery. Aspire Warranty Centre is not responsible for lost packages or additional fees.
